About Us:
Grahams Pure Breed Poultry are entirely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please email us using the link on the store page.

Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase is easy through our website. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment by credit or debit card via Paypal, cash on pick up, cash or card upon us delivering and cheque - made payable to T M Graham.

If you experience any problems making a payment through the website please check that you have entered your email address correctly (e.g. no spaces), your name, address and particularly postcode, are correct. If this still does not resolve the problem please contact us via email or message us via the direct message option on the webstore. 

Please note: Prices are displayed inc. vat where applicable on the product page.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order when full payment has cleared. An invoice will be emailed to the address you supplied us with at checkout, and we will send one with your goods.

 In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. You can find the Terms and Conditions on this website at all times. The details about your recent orders can be found in your customer account if you have registered with Grahams Pure Breed Poultry.

Courier/postal charges for all goods are worked out by weight and are quoted incl. vat in the shopping cart. To find out delivery charges just add goods to the basket and then click Proceed to Checkout, select destination and the incl. vat delivery charge will be displayed.
No goods will be shipped until payment is received in full . Goods are supplied subject to conditions of sale. We do not release title of these goods until payment is received in full.

Hatching Eggs:

We ship eggs within the UK and also within the EU.

Live Birds:

When live birds are available we will add stock on to the webstore, the customer can choose to pick up from store, collect at a show we are attending - a list of shows can be found at the bottom of our homepage. Or if the customer wishes, they can arrange their own courier to collect - please contact us after purchase to arrange this method of delivery.

We try our best to provide detailed photos of the live birds available for purchase, in the event that you are not satisfied with the photos provided on the webstore, we do encourage customers to come and see the birds before purchasing.

If sending birds outside of the UK we will not ship birds or allow collection unless a full medical work up is carried out. All fees applicable to the customer.

Delivery Schedule:
Goods are dispatched next day when in stock, via courier usually on a next working day delivery (UK only). If your order is urgent please let us know and will do our best to get the goods to you as soon as possible. For orders outside the UK most deliveries are within 6-12 days. Please note that it is not possible to send some goods outside the UK e.g. poultry feeds and live birds.

We cannot guarantee that there will not be extenuating circumstances which mean the delivery companies cannot make the delivery within 3-5 working days e.g. traffic accidents, flooding, vehicle breakdown. This is very rare and 99% of our deliveries are made on time. Please do call us as soon as possible if there are any delivery company issues, we make every effort to solve problems as a matter of urgency.

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you agree that proof of delivery by our delivery company is sufficient evidence that the goods have been received. If you give us instructions for the goods to be left in a safe place at your property then Grahams Pure Breed Poultry cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage once delivered.

Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. If we are unable to carry out that back order within 7 days, you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges:
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% value added tax is included where applicable.

Loyalty Scheme:

We offer our registered customers a loyalty scheme, there is no set up required as this is an automatic feature on your customer account. The scheme works by applying £0.02 per £1 placed as an order, points are then added to your account once your purchase has been delivered. You can choose to save up your points or use them as you wish on orders over £10 excluding shipping. Simply log into your customer account and transfer your points into a voucher, this voucher will be applied automatically at the checkout. Points stay on your customer account for 365 days.

We guarantee your satisfaction. Goods that are received damaged will be dealt within a timely fashion. In the case of any damages we need to be notified within 14 days of delivery, if contact is made within 14 days then we will work towards a resolution. Once contact has been made, the customer has a further 14 days in order to return the damaged/faulty goods back to GPBP. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). 

Cancelling your order -  If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order before it is processed/delivered you must contact us as soon as possible, if we cannot satisfy your reason for cancelling then we will process your refund within 14 days of notification. 

Hatching Eggs - due to the nature of the product we cannot gaurentee fertility and hatchability of every egg you recieve, but we will only send out the freshest of eggs, from breeding groups that are continually tested for fertitlity.

Remittance Terms:
No goods will be shipped without payment in full. Goods are supplied subject to conditions of sale. We do not relinquish title of these goods until payment is received in full.
